Fuselage Bottom Ply

Posted on Updated on

Attached the RS-670 bottom ply to the fuselage, lots of staples and 24″ bar clamps were needed. I only have eight bar clamps which is really the minimum, more would have made this easier.

I started at the back using staples and small clamps when I got to the first bend I put a bar clamp on each side of the bend.

Repeated this on the next bend.

Once everything was set I itemed the fuselage over and let the glue dry. Looks good from the inside.

Pretty soon you will be able to sit in it and make airplane noises!
